Vintage Duke Sprinting Blue Devil Long Sleeve

The Blue Devils’ name isn’t actually demonic – they’re named for a French WWI military unit called the Chasseurs Alpins, more famously known as les diables bleus (“the blue devils”). Though some were hesitant to adopt “Blue Devils” at first, the nickname gained steam around 1922.
