This vintage script āVolsā dates back to the 1930ās, when UT basketballās first All-American, Harry Anderson, played on the team in 1936. Nearly 90 years later, the team used the script and the tri-star state logo on their throwback jerseys; we combined the elements to give our own nod to the 1936 team.
