Retro Buccaneers "ETSU Tough!" Tee
A vintage Bucky illustration from a 1966 homecoming pamphlet inspired this design, but a local legend inspired ETSU ā a school not near the water ā to choose a seafaring mascot. As the story goes, āPirate Creekā is an underground river discovered near ETSU. Its tunnels, which once reached the Atlantic Ocean, attracted a notorious swashbuckler named Jean Paul LeBucque. The seafarerās use of the tunnels as a safehaven were allegedly his demise ā when geological shifts caused the tunnels to collapse, he didnāt survive. Products are mocked up on a size S. Graphics may appear smaller on larger sizes.
