Kennesaw State 1988 Fighting Owls Vintage Heavyweight Tee
Before Scrappy the Owl hatched in the 1990s, Kennesaw State used a âFighting Owlsâ logo and moniker in their first decade of athletic competition. KSUâs first official team was its womenâs basketball program, which began play in the 1982-83 season; a year later, the full athletic department emerged, managing eight additional varsity teams. From there, the Fighting Owls have made a name for themselves quickly, moving to the NCAA DI level in all sports by the 2000s.
