The original versions of Buzz were more realistic, and he looked like an actual yellow jacket. Through the years, though, he became more and more cartoonish, evolving into the version we know and love that debuted in 1985. We paired him with ‘90s vintage elements to throw it back to Georgia Tech’s basketball prowess around that time, including their Final Four run in 1990.
